COVID-19: An update for our customers

We’re still delivering for you – but it does mean we’ll have to do things a little differently

The situation around COVID-19 is constantly evolving, so we are constantly reviewing the best ways to protect you and our employees. This is what you need to know.

If you are self-isolating

We can deliver your fuel directly to your outside tank while you stay inside. We don’t even have to knock and we’ll treat it as if you are not even home.

General Deliveries

For the foreseeable future we are asking our drivers to keep interactions with all customers to an absolute minimum. This means that, for the time being at least, they may need to refuse any offers of a cup of tea and a chat, but we feel this is the best way to protect everyone.

We have advised our drivers to try and keep a distance of at least a metre from you at all times. This is in line with the latest medical guidance.

You don’t have to handle anything you don’t want to or sign for your delivery. With your permission our drivers can sign it on your behalf.

This situation is going to continue changing over the next few weeks. We will continue to keep you updated with any further changes.
