In line with government guidance to minimise non-essential contact, all forthcoming Tankscout device installations or removal visits have now been postponed until further notice.

We are working to confirm all postponements via text, email and phone, and to help keep all affected customers informed. These appointments will be rebooked in due course. However, as you may appreciate, we will be unable to confirm a new date for these appointments at this time.

No impact on service for existing devices

There is no interruption of service for existing Tankscout customers – devices that are already installed on tanks will continue to send readings as per their normal call-in schedule. Access to, for latest and historic tank readings, will also be unaffected.

We’re still here to support our customers

Our Tankscout team remains operational, with our office-based colleagues now working from home in accordance with government guidelines. You’ll still be able to reach us between 8:30am and 5:00pm on 01666 511220 for Tankscout queries, although our team are experiencing very high call volumes at this time. Please bear with us – we’re working hard to help as many customers as we can, and we thank you all for your patience at this time.
