• Do I need a pre-installation survey? What happens during the installation process?

  Yes. A pre-installation survey is required to fully assess your EV charge point requirements and electrical capacity, to help ensure a smooth installation process. The process includes a survey of your site, our professional recommendation of the most suitable charger types for your business, and a full solution plan tailored to your needs and budget. When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll prepare a dedicated project plan, risk assessments and method statements, along with our expert assessment of what charging infrastructure your business needs. Once you’re happy with the solution, we'll handle everything, from obtaining any necessary permits to coordinating with subcontractors and the District Network Operator (DNO) if needed. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and provide a completion notification upon finishing.

• What if I need my chargers serviced or repaired?

  All of our chargers come with a 3 year warranty, and the installation has a 12 month warranty as standard. We also offer optional maintenance, testing and inspection packages. Technical support is provided by phone during business hours (9am - 5pm) as standard.

• What types of chargers do you offer?

  We offer a range of market leading chargers, providing fast and rapid chargers to cater to different charging needs and usage patterns. You can choose either tethered (cable attached) or untethered (socket only) options, with single or dual sockets for simultaneous charging.

• How do I control who can use my chargers?

  You can easily control who can use your chargers and when, by installing a chargepoint management system. The software allows you to restrict access at certain times of day, or restrict access to certain types of users like staff only. It will also allow you to control pricing for different types of users or for different times of day. We can recommend a chargepoint management system as part of your installation.

• Can I track my energy usage and understand CO2 savings?

  Yes, our solutions provide real-time activity monitoring, allowing you to track energy consumption and charging duration, so you can understand your CO2 emission reductions associated with EV charging.
