• Is there an extra cost associated with this service?

  No. The myWatson Portal is free to use for new and existing home heating oil customers.

• Can I place an order through myWatson?

  Yes, you can order 24/7 on the myWatson online portal and the mobile app.

• Can I see my Tankscout data on the portal?

  Yes,  customers with an active Tankscout service or subscription will be able to see their tank level readings.

• What happens if I forget my password?

  It is easily done! If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking the Forgot Password link on the login page. You will then receive an email which will contain a unique link to create a new password for your account. After setting this password, your account will be updated and you will be able to log in using the password you created.

• Is my data secure?

  Yes. The site is protected by industry standard SSL technology and data is stored in a secure data centre.

• Do I have to be an Monthly Payment Scheme customer to have access?

  No. The myWatson customer portal is available to all (new and existing) heating oil customers. But our Monthly Payment Scheme customers have an enhanced experience and can see their account balance.

• Can I change my contact details on the portal?

  At the moment, the portal will only allow you to view your account details. Future releases will allow you to edit these details and provide new addresses and contact information.
