Over 75? You can register for priority fuel delivery

If you, or someone you live with, is over 75, you could register for the Cold Weather Priority initiative for free. We’ve joined up with the UK and Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA) scheme to make sure our customers who are most vulnerable to cold weather can stay warm in winter.

By registering for the scheme, you’ll be prioritised for fuel deliveries when there’s a cold snap or fuel shortages.

Even if you don’t fall into this category, you could help those who do. We’re encouraging our customers to recommend the scheme to family, friends and neighbours who are over 75, so we can help more people stay warm and well.
