Earlier this year, Watson Fuels picked up a coveted Feefo Trusted Service Award. This independent seal of excellence recognises businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience – and we’re incredibly grateful to our customers for helping us earn this accolade.
Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to recognise brands that receive exceptional verified reviews and feedback from their customers via its platform. The Awards reflect a business’s true dedication to providing outstanding customer service, as they are decided by genuine customer experiences.
To earn the award, businesses needed to have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2022 and December 31st 2022, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.
